Job Summary
Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods for Iberia Foods, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to all traffic and company regulations.

Responsibilities
* Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner to transport products to various locations.
* Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage.
* Verify accuracy of product loaded against delivery manifests.
* Maintain vehicle logs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any defects or maintenance needs.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other team members regarding delivery status or issues.
* Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and customer service standards.
* Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including organizing and stocking products.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor delivery issues professionally.

Qualifications
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
* Proven experience in a delivery or driving role, preferably in a food distribution environment.
* Knowledge of local and regional routes.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
