A couple moving into a new home in Palos Verdes Estates are seeking a full-time PA/HM.  They just purchased the home, and the move will happen gradually, so this role will hit the ground running!  In addition to the couple, their 92-year-old mom also lives with them, along with two cats and a dog.  The position is Monday through Friday, with flexibility.  Success in this role requires a “no task too big or too small” mentality.  The couple is ready to hire immediately once they find the right candidate.Responsibilities
- Day-to-day tasks with the home and personal lives
- Dealing with everyday vendors and ongoing management of the new home
- Dealing with contractors
- Overseeing remodel projects
- Creating house manuals
- Logistics of the move
- Managing domestic staff, housekeepers, and gardeners
- Knowledge of tech and smart home systems such as Crestron, Lutron, and Apple Home
- Running errands
- Walking the dog or taking her to doggie daycare
- Family has 2 cats and a dog, so must not be allergic and be pet-friendly
- Sportfishing boat
Requirements
- Legal to work in the US
- Prior house management experience
- Must be tech-savvy
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Fluent in Spanish is a huge plus
