Every minute a fleet customer's vehicle is in the shop that customer is losing money. We are a one stop shop and perform repairs on everything from the rubber to the roof! Some experience we would prefer:·Lift gate repair· DOT/ ANSI experience· DPF systems· Welding/Fabrication· Strong problem - solving skills· Hydraulics· Electronic Diagnostics· Attention to detail is an absolute requirement· Dependable team player with a positive attitude. Responsibilities:

Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
Communicates directly with the Fleet Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

ASE certification preferred
Great attitude
Strong teamwork skills
Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Must have a valid driver's license
Maintain stall in an orderly and clean manner
Ability to identify problems quickly
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Basic computer and internet literacy
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.)
Drive manual transmission vehicles
Use computer diagnostic equipment
Must have reliable transportation

Compensation: DOE...Starting at $85K - 125K - BUT THE SKY IS THE LIMIT ! NO EARNING CAP WITH US!
POSSIBLE SIGN ON BONUS AND/OR MOVING ASSISTANCE
