Hillcrest Grand Lodge is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Medication Technician to join our team on the day shift!

What You'll Be Doing
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Administer medications safely and accurately within your certification and training.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and help create a welcoming, comfortable environment.
Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behavior, or needs.
Support residents with mobility, meals, and daily routines.
Collaborate with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional care.
Bring kindness, patience, and a positive attitude to every shift!
What You'll Bring
Current Nebraska 40 hour Medication Aide certification required.
Previous experience as a PCA, caregiver, or Med Tech preferred.
A genuine passion for working with seniors.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
A dependable, team-oriented attitude.
The ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and personalized care.
