Lead the production team and on camera talents in mounting and executing the show
Overall in charge of the floor direction
Lead the technical team to assure the show or shoot will be smooth in all production technical aspects in coordination with the technical supervisors and the whole team
Coordinate with external or third party suppliers including but not limited to managers, celebrities, etc.
Conduct briefings, rehearsals, and meetings
Create and implement guides, training and practices for on camera talents and duty supervisors for on stage movement, projection and presence
Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to maintain smooth streaming
Provide concepts to what content and games to produce
Provide solutions to improve the quality of the shows and content
