Marketing Manager

Does your work experience include a breadth of marketing projects in web, print, packaging, product design, promotions,social media, marketingcollateral, retail displays, trade show materials, billboards and/or advertising? ViridianStaffing's Client is looking for Marketing Managers for a rapidly growingcannabis hardware company in Las Vegas, Nevada, covering the Americas, Middle East and European markets.

As the Marketing Manager, you willdevelop and execute marketing strategies and plans for a fast-paced cannabis hardware company.  You will get theopportunity to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, leading the development of brand positioning, messaging, while driving the creative direction to ensure alignment with the company values.  You will bring your ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform market strategies.  You're known for your ability to work closely with product development teams in the launching of new products.  In this role, youwill also develop and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and support for your team's success. 

You bring with you at least 2+ years of marketing experience in thecannabis or manufacturing industry, preferably working on vaping or other smoking devices. You have experience overseeing marketing budgets, measuring the performance of campaigns and providing regular insights to senior leadership. You're data driven, which allows you toleverage new technology and analytics solutions (ie Google Analytics) totransform marketing infrastructures and improve the effectiveness andefficiency of marketing campaigns. Ideally, you also are well-versed in SEO and know howto navigate the complexities around using social media for a cannabis-oriented business.
