Cybersecurity Awareness Expert

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Cybersecurity Awareness Expert on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in France. 

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, delivering, and coordinating cybersecurity awareness initiatives across Water Tech. 
  

• This includes managing phishing campaigns, conducting awareness sessions for various audiences, developing training materials such as the CyberShield program, and ensuring proper follow‑up and engagement for the Cyber Security Passport. 
  

• The role helps strengthen employee cybersecurity culture and reduces human‑factor risks.
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Experience 9 years or more
  

Hard Skills

• Management of phishing simulation programs
  

• Facilitation of awareness sessions and educational content creation
  

• Development of training materials (CyberShield, Passport)
  

• Ability to measure awareness impact and track participation
  

• Management of the tool TryRiot
  

• Good english and french writing skills to create and update the security policies
  

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication in English and French (B2-C1)
  

• Ability to present technical topics to executive and operational audiences
  

• Strong project‑management and coordination capabilities
  

• Ability to simplify and translate complex cybersecurity concepts into accessible language
