Key Responsibilities

Manage all questions regarding Pc delivery and Chromebook if needed : reception, contact with users, specific request at delivery time, returns , cleansing if needed
Help in case of VIP event in St Maurice

PC VWT/VWTS environment
End‑user device provisioning & PC imaging Endpoint management basics
OS setup and troubleshooting
Security & compliance fundamentals
