RESP CARE PRACTITION

Job Details: Job Location: Main Hospital - Parker, AZ, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Any, Job Summary:  Under the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Services Medical Director and Department Director, the Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician’s orders, department policies and procedures.Qualifications: Regulatory Requirements: Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure CRT or RRT. Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy. Successful completion of Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.  Current ACLS certification.    Current BLS certification New graduates with Arizona license and or 2 years’ experience preferredLanguage Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.    Additional languages preferred.   Strong written and verbal skills. Skills: Basic computer knowledge.    Ability to use ABG machine, ventilators, IPPB, EKG, Holter Monitors, Vapotherm, Vest Ability to perform chest PT. Physical Demands: Physical demands of position, including vision, hearing, repetitive motion and environment, see following description.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position without compromising client care.
