Iron City Implement is hiring a full-time Stockroom / Parts Counter Associate for our Parkersburg NAPA Auto Parts store. This hands-on role combines keeping inventory organized with helping customers find the parts they need. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn both sides of the store.

What You’ll Do

• Receive incoming merchandise and check shipments for accuracy.
• Put away parts, stock shelves, and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Pull orders accurately for customers and deliveries.
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Help customers at the counter and over the phone.
• Learn parts lookup systems and assist with sales, returns, and orders.
• Keep work areas clean and support teammates with daily store operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive, parts, stockroom, or retail experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems.
• Dependability and a willingness to move between stockroom and counter responsibilities.
• Ability to perform the active duties of the role, including standing, stocking, and moving parts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
