Water/Wastewater Engineer - Lead

Responsibilities:

• Assist with development/implementation ofstrategy for Water/Wastewater Department
  
• Implement a plan for growth in existing marketsand new areas
  
• Manage projects and project teams, including establishingstaffing needs, achievable project schedules and meeting deliverable timelines
  
• Establish project related fees and aggressive revenueprojections/profit margins
  
• Assist with the preparation of a detaileddiscipline plan
  
• Assist with marketing efforts
  
• Ensure standard procedures/processes are being utilized and maintained
  
• Promote the company by attending outside meetings such as trade shows and client presentations/meetings, developing articles, blogs, social media posts and press releases
  
• Prepare/coordinate proposals with help of marketing department and technical staff
  
• Ensure project deadlines and client requirements are met
  
• Assist with staff development and team building activities
  
• Meet/exceed client expectations
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
  
• 12+ years of Water/Wastewater engineeringexperience for municipal, private, and public agency clients
  
• PE License with ability to gain reciprocity inmultiple states
  
• Strong technical backgroundwith experience in project management, design, construction, operations, andadministration of water and wastewater infrastructure
  
• Proven record of building/maintaining clientrelationships
  
• Working knowledge of MS suite (Word, Excel,Power Point, and Adobe) preferred
  
• Microsoft Outlook experience
  
• Proficient in public speaking
  
• Experience delegating responsibilities
  
• Experience forecasting trends and trackingemerging Water/Wastewater technologies
  
• Ability to travel
  

Salary is commensurate withexperience.
