Scott & Associates, P.C. is a well-established, multi-state legal recoveries law firm seeking a motivated Attorney to join our Pasadena, California-based team.

What You’ll Do

  • Negotiate and resolve pending litigation.
  • Prepare, review, and file pleadings, discovery, and motions.
  • Attend hearings and trials within your assigned region (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed).
  • Collaborate with staff and opposing counsel to achieve fair, efficient case resolutions.


What We’re Looking For

  • Active law license in the listed state of reference. (California)
  • Strong organizational and case management skills.
  • Familiarity with courtroom and civil procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using technology.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collection or litigation experience preferred — industry training provided for the right candidate.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of California.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and client service.
