● Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to meet theorganization's procurement needs.
● Vendor management and quote negotiation to secure cost-effective andquality goods or services.
● Creating and managing purchase orders for the procurement of materials,goods, or services.
● Monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and optimizinginventory to meet demand.
● Contacting vendors to confirm orders, negotiate terms, discuss pricing,and ensure timely delivery.
● Addressing any discrepancies, delays, or quality issues related topurchase orders and working towards resolutions.
● Monitoring the status of sales orders, tracking shipments, and ensuringon-time delivery.
● Strong communication skills,attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Requirements
● Willing to work onsite 100% of the time (Ortigas Pasig City).
● Flexible to work night shifts (any 9 hours between 9:00PM - 9:00 AMManila Time with possible extended hours (over time) if needed.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management or a relatedfield.
● Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles and bestpractices.
● Hands-on experience in Excel is a must.
● Good communication skills (Both verbal and written).
● Ability to work effectively both independently and in a teamenvironment.
● Ability to work as an individualcontributor and as a team player.
