Role Overview:  

      The Senior Business Analyst supports systemsonboarding, administration, and AI initiatives. The role will work closely withbusiness and technology teams to gather requirements, document processes,support system transitions, and help assess and coordinate new AI use cases.

What We’re Looking For:

      We’re looking for a Senior Business Analystwith strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics, AI initiatives, and businessrequirements gathering. The ideal candidate has a good understanding ofaccounting and ERP systems, with experience in documentation, systemadministration, process improvement, and working with stakeholders acrossdifferent teams.

      You should be a strong communicator,detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across both business andtechnology functions. Experience with Copilot, Microsoft Foundry, Fabric, Jira,and Confluence is highly desirable, while property industry experience is aplus.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Existing systems transfer of system admin oversight
  

Work with the Corporate and Operations teammembers to gather all required details and specs to allow for a smoothtransition to the S&A team, including SOP documentation, Confluenceupdates, and coordination of any new Jira and form set ups

• New systems transfer of system admin oversight
  

Support the S&A team for the onboardingset up and system admin for new systems that are planned during the next coupleof years.  This is likely to includeMicrosoft Dynamics for the Corporate Finance team.

•  AI Use Case capture and business coordination
  

Review new and existing AI Use Cases on anongoing basis, assessing and documenting requests in a timely manner, workingwith the AI team.   Interpreting thenature of the case and initial response, working to defined SLAs.  Monthly status reporting.

• Touch base and engaging with the Head of AI as well as Stakeholders from the depth and breadth of the business.
  
• This will involve engaging with users and walking through to document business functional and non-functional requirements.
