Lead the Team. Raise the Standard. Shape the Future of Talent Acquisition at Staff Domain.
If you're an experienced recruiter who knows how to deliver great hiring outcomes and bring out the best in other recruiters, this role is for you.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners while continuing to own your own recruitment slate. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people leadership, recruitment delivery, client management, and recruitment quality,Ā with a commission structure that rewards recruitment performance and impact.
You won't be stepping away from recruitment. You'll continue managing end-to-end searches, particularly complex and strategic roles, while setting the standard for how recruitment should be done across your team.
As Team Lead, you'll be the first point of escalation for recruitment challenges, client concerns, candidate issues, and complex hiring decisions. You'll work closely with recruiters to identify risks, remove bottlenecks, strengthen candidate pipelines, and ensure roles continue moving effectively through the recruitment lifecycle.
A big part of the role is developing recruitment capability. You'll coach Talent Acquisition Partners and Senior/Principal Talent Acquisition Partners, provide feedback on candidate assessments and shortlists, identify development gaps, and lead training that helps the team become stronger recruiters and client partners.
You'll also work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure the team consistently meets recruitment targets, follows Staff Domain's recruitment methodology, and delivers an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
If you're ready to move beyond individual recruitment delivery and take ownership of team performance, recruiter development, and hiring outcomes, we'd love to meet you.
