Job DetailsJob Location: Paterson, NJ 07501Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $25.00 - $25.00 HourlyClub Leader (26 - 27 SY) The Community Charter School of Paterson is seeking Club Leaders to join us for the 2026-2027 School Year to develop, implement, and supervise specialized activities with the Program Coordinator. Specialized activities include College and Career Awareness, Recreation, Cultural Arts, Health and Wellness, Outdoor Recreation, Technology, Character Development, Leadership, and Volunteerism. This position is a 10-month (September - June), part-time role.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Exemplify CCSP’s core values in all interactions with students, families, and colleagues. Collaborate with Program Coordinator, Site Leaders, and school team to improve instructional, culture-building, and leadership skills. Attend all professional development, team planning, and data analysis meetings.  Participate enthusiastically in structured and informal learning and development opportunities. Team player: maturity, humility, strong work ethic, follow-through, sense of humor, willingness to respond positively to feedback, and a “roll-up-my-sleeves” attitude. Strong belief in an “achievement” mission and educational model. Research and stay current on best practices in community schools and 21st Century Community Learning Centers.  Understanding and experience of education in an urban setting. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, families, and school partners, including school administration and staff.  Ability to work well with a team and independently.  Have a passion for helping all children achieve their highest aspirations.  Develop, implement, and supervise specialized activities with the Program Coordinator. Specialized activities include College and Career Awareness, Recreation, Cultural Arts, Health and Wellness, Outdoor Recreation, Technology, Character Development, Leadership, and Volunteerism. Support program administrative requirements, including student attendance, surveys, forms, and lesson plans.  Other duties as assigned   Qualifications: Associate Degree preferred. At least one year of experience working with children. Very strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook. Spanish speaking preferred.
