Afternoon/Night Manager

Description

Dunkin' is now seeking energetic new manager to join our fun and fast-paced environment. This 35-40 hour a week career opportunity offers competitive wages and an attractive benefits package. Position Requirements

• 5 days per week . Weekends a must
• Availability to work 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Dunkin Shift Manager experience required. 
• Lead and support the afternoon/night team
• Help manage afternoon scheduling and call-outs
• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure all Dunkin standards are being met
• Maintain strong customer service, speed, cleanliness, accuracy, and overall shift execution
• Provide leadership and accountability throughout the afternoon and evening
• Have daily communication with Network Management

Compensation

Negotiable wage with bonuses
