Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team! As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance during your shift. You will supervise staff, help complete orders, prep, ensure food quality, follow recipes, complete daily temperatures, speed of service, assign duties and deliver a high-quality experience to every guest. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience. Reliable, hard-working candidate to join our team immediately!Â

Responsibilities:Â
- Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Lead by example
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and restock/prep when necessary

Qualifications:Â
- Previous food service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Open availability: days/nights or weekends as needed
