Responsibilities

Set up event spaces based on provided room diagrams and instructions. Move, load, and unload office supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed. Keep equipment and storage areas clean and organized. Ask questions and seek help when you're unsure how to handle a task or situation. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

This position requires the ability to exercise good judgment and excellent oral and written communication skills. Office experience is preferred.

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age • Possess a valid driver’s license * • Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at AUM • Minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 2.25 to apply, and must be maintained through term of employment • Cannot be on any form of University probation • Must be able to pass the University Employee Background Check

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be able to climb stairs • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
