Baptist Health is hiring a Community Health Educator to join Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN opportunity.
The Community Health Educator provides coverage and education at community events and classes, helping promote health awareness and community engagement. This role supports educational initiatives and serves as a resource for patients, families, and community members.
Community Health Educator Job Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage and education at community events and classes
- Deliver health education and wellness information to community members
- Support community outreach and engagement initiatives
- Serve as a resource for educational programs and services
- Assist with planning and coordinating community education activities
Community Health Educator Experience:
- 1 year of Educator Experience (preferred)
Community Health Educator Education & Credential Requirements:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire
