Janitorial Cleaner

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Location: Pendelton, SC 29634 (Clemson University Vet School)

Schedule:  Monday – Friday 1pm-9:30pm

Job Summary

We are hiring full-time General Cleaners / Custodians to join our sanitation team supporting the Brand New Clemson University Vet School!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, breakrooms, classrooms, and common areas across campus buildings.

• Safely operate basic cleaning equipment and handle sanitation products according to guidelines.

• Keep cleaning supplies organized and notify supervisors when inventory runs low.

• Inspect facilities for safety hazards or maintenance needs and report them promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout a scheduled shift.

• Ability to work independently or with a team.

• Must be able to pass a standard background check.
