Job DetailsJob Location: Juniors #9 - Penitas, TX 78576Education Level: NoneTravel Percentage: NoneJob Purpose: - To maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability for customers by stocking shelves, rotating stock, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and unpack incoming shipments of groceries. - Stock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and rotation (FIFO). - Check for and remove expired or damaged products. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and stockrooms. - Assist customers with locating products. - Build and maintain displays. - Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies. - Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures. - Comply with store policies and procedures. Additional Duties: Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations. Employees will be provided with proper training and protective equipment for any and all assigned tasks that require special handling.QualificationsPreferred Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience: - Previous stocking experience preferred, but not required. Required Skills and Abilities: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. - Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
