We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Crestview, FL. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, providing exceptional patient care, and continuing to grow their skills within dentistry.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials

• Take dental X-rays as permitted by Florida regulations

• Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit

• Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards

• Accurately document patient information and treatment

• Support an efficient clinical schedule and smooth patient flow

• Work closely with the clinical and front-office teams to provide an excellent patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred

• Strong patient care and communication skills

• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Applicable dental assisting certifications and expanded functions are a plus
