Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:
- Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the Ohana properties, including Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Basic Carpentry.
- Installation of new appliances as needed.
- Ensure House requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
- Assist in maintaining the exterior and interior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
- Maintain all properties to comply with all Health & Safety regulations and laws. (work with Quality Manager on Health & Safety).
- Additional duties as assigned.
1099 employee for the first 30 days.
Requirements
Qualifications
The qualifications of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Basic Home Repair knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong knowledge in maintaining HVAC systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
- Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
- Must have your own basic handyman tools.
- Clean Driving record and able to pass a State mandated background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
