About the Role:

Serra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse in Peoria, AZ is looking for a warm, welcoming Host to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly, professional demeanor
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments efficiently
Communicate wait times accurately and keep guests informed throughout their experience
Coordinate with servers and floor staff to ensure smooth table turnover
Answer incoming calls, take reservations, and respond to general inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and entrance area
Assist with guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary

Requirements:

Previous hosting, front-of-house, or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume restaurant setting
Positive, outgoing attitude with a passion for hospitality
Ability to stand for extended periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with reservation management systems (OpenTable, Yelp, etc.) is a plus
