Expected pay for this position is $18.27 - $20.29/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

 


Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: The Nursing Operations Support (NOS) Representative acts as a resource on multiple units for Mission Partners, patients, visitors, and family members for general questions, information, and way-finding needs and provides unit support. Provides guidance to individuals related to other OSF facilities/service areas, coordinates and may assist with patient transport needs, provides local area direction, and advises of area accommodations or amenities. Utilizes various software to provide assistance and complete assigned tasks.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School Diploma/ GED Experience: 6 months' experience of office, hospital, administrative duties, customer service, and computer knowledge

 

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Demonstrated ability to reason, interpret, and evaluate each situation to provide assistance and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
