Payroll: Handle full-cycle monthly processing, OT, shift pay, final payouts, and claims for all staff.

Compliance: Ensure accurate EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (LHDN) submissions, tax clearance, and Form EA/E/CP filings per local labor laws.

Reporting & Audit: Generate monthly reports for Finance/Management and support external audits.

Support & Systems: Maintain payroll system data, resolve employee payslip/claims queries, and streamline processes.

Education: Diploma or Degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Experience: 2–4 years handling full-cycle payroll independently, including hourly/shift-based staff.

Must-Have Knowledge: Malaysian statutory rules (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), Employment Act 1955, CP21/CP22 tax clearance, and OT/PH calculations.
