As a Field Service Technician, you'll perform maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installations of automatic pool cover systems at residential and commercial properties. If you're mechanically inclined and enjoy working independently, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a growing skilled trade.
What You'll Earn:
•$55,000 guaranteed starting salary, plus overtime, commissions, and performance-based earningsÂ
- Grow your guaranteed salary to $60,000 in your first year by completing two training milestones, each earning you a $2,500 increaseÂ
- $85,000+ first-year earning potential for top-performing techniciansÂ
- Year-round salaried position with stable, full-time employment, not seasonal hourly workÂ
