Our client, a premier global creative agency is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Client Accountant to join our Philadelphia office. In this role, you will manage full project accounting for major client accounts while collaborating with finance teams across our international network.

Project & Client Accounting: Oversee end-to-end project financials, manage client billings, and partner with A/R analysts on monthly reporting and collections.
Accounts Payable: Manage vendor setups, code payables, and coordinate with corporate treasury to ensure seamless payment processing.
Budget Tracking: Partner with business teams to review project budgets, manage rebillable expenses, and handle final project reconciliations and closures.
Corporate Support: Assist with month-end close duties, record revenue and expense journal entries, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

3+ years of general accounting experience.

Proficient in Excel; experience with SAP accounting software is a major plus.

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to balance multiple client deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
