Position Overview
KRE Security, LLC is hiring a Full-Time Security Officer for a consistent Monday-Friday Second shift assignment (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) in Philadelphia, PA. This is a permanent, non-rotating Weekday schedule ideal for dependable individuals seeking stable full-time hours.
Officers will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through gate control, patrol duties, and incident response.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Consistent Weekday schedule
- No rotating shifts
- Stable, permanent post assignment
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide a professional security presence at the assigned client site
- Monitor entrances and exits throughout the property
- Control access and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises and surrounding areas
- Observe and report safety or security concerns
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies as needed
- Enforce post orders and client policies
- Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports using Belfry Software
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors, clients, and team members
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to remain alert for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
- Must pass a background check

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week
- Overtime opportunity

- PTO earned after probationary period (if eligible)
