Our Recovery Program on 4th Street in Philadelphia (19122) is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to lead our nursing team as the Nurse Supervisor and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Our programs range from one-on-one counseling and support groups to intensive treatment for those with more complex needs. We also support individuals managing co-occurring mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, anger, impulse control challenges, and attention disorders.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Supervisor will:

Manage the nursing and medical departments at a behavioral health clinic that provides MMT, MAT, non-MAT and Integrated Care treatment.
Provide supervision to assigned staff including but not limited to: FT and PRN dispensing nurses and medical assistants.

Earn $36 per hour full time with benefits.

Shift: M - F 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Current license as an LPN or RN in the Commonwealth of PA
Minimum of three (3) years working as a nurse
Minimum of one year working in a supervisor capacity
Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy
Current CPR certification
Experience in behavioral health setting required; knowledge of medication assisted treatment strongly desired
