As a sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our renewable energy solutions to residential customers. You will have the chance to develop your sales and marketing skills while contributing to a sustainable future.

Compensation

• Base Pay: +$35,000 to +$150,000 Yearly
• Commission Pay: +$35,000 to +$150,000 Yearly
• Bingo—New Hire Bonus: +$500
• 50 in 5 - New Hire Quota Bonus: +$1,000
• Weekend Bonus: Commission paid out 1.5X more on Sat-Sun. +$100 to +$2,500 Weekly
• Promotion Bonuses: +$5,200 with each promotion—total potential earnings: +$25,800
• Pop-Up Bonuses (manager's discretion): +$1,200 to +$2,400 yearly
• Team Events: Companywide and inter-office Competitions: $2,000 to $10,000 yearly
• Drivers: receive weekly stipend pay for vehicle use. +$200 Weekly
• Meter Madness: The winning office receives a +$10,000-$12,000 bonus split amongst team

• Identify and engage potential customers in the renewable energy market
• Educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy solutions
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career
• Willingness to travel and meet with customers
• Basic knowledge of renewable energy technologies is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
