It’s how we live.   About the RoleThis position manages the operations of the Corporate Sponsorship Department, including scheduling, revenue reporting and tracking, accurate delivery of sponsorship and promotion across all platforms, as well as assisting sales as needed.   MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule contracts in Broadview, Protrack, Adswizz, and PMI. Assign cart numbers for FM spots, assign codes, and create wavs upon requests. Produce and/or assign production of announcements and promo spots. Ensure that spots are approved before going on air. Manage production requests for TV spots, assign codes, and ensure spots get on air as scheduled. Monitor contract verification spots in Broadview and Protrack and reschedule make goods as needed. Schedule and monitor all podcast and listen live campaigns. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate execution of trade campaigns as needed. Review and edit copy to ensure it follows FCC guidelines. Assist the traffic manager in the production and distribution of daily program/traffic logs to ensure accurate broadcast of Sponsorship messages. Manage Sponsorship inventory for FM, TV, and Web. Track revenue performance for each rep by platform weekly. Create weekly, monthly, and ongoing year-to-date revenue vs. budget reports to assist the SVP with accurate revenue vs. budget tracking. Monitor websites and other media to provide reps with new prospects. Inspect monthly Sponsorship invoices for accuracy.  Distribute invoices to clients in the manner they request. Generate ageing reports and reach out to clients for the collection of past due invoices. Prepare monthly commission report to be processed for payroll. Manage weekly inventory on FM, TV, and digital platforms, and provide reps with timely reports.   PERIODIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Handle audience inquiries as needed. Process credit card payments as needed. Research and assign potential Sponsorship leads. Train backups on all essential systems QualificationsEducation: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or the equivalent work experience.   Experience: Three to four years of broadcast traffic experience is preferred.   Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
