The job involves completing portions of patient assessments under the direction of Registered Nurses.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's Degree in human services preferred.
Applicants must have 2 years of experience in a human services field, or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of experience, and a Basic Life Support certification is required.

Under the direction of Registered Nurses completes portion of the patient assessment. Provides patient care, assesses units for safety and maintains complete and accurate documentation. Leads and co-leads therapeutic activities.

Education

Experience
