We are seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our team working on site at Philadelphia, PA.

 

This role is 20 hours per week with an hourly rate range of $30.00-$33.95.

 

Position Details

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision to licensed clinicians, pre-licensed professionals, and interns to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based behavioral health services. This role is responsible for providing licensure supervision, intern supervision, clinical consultation, and professional development while ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor supports staff in clinical decision-making, treatment planning, documentation review, and risk management, while fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and clinical excellence;

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of PA OMHSAS Chapter 5200 regulations and payer requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of clinical best practices, including Evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma‑informed care).
  • Knowledge of behavioral health systems, community resources, and interdisciplinary care models.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Training in supervision models, such as reflective supervision, developmental supervision, or competency‑based supervision.
  • Familiarity with quality improvement frameworks, performance metrics, and outcome‑based service delivery.
  • Hold a Pennsylvania professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)) and have at least 5 years post master's experience in a human service or other related field (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Clinical field).
