This is a remote position.
Vacation Specialists will be responsible for assisting in planning of all client鈥檚 vacation travel needs. We are looking for professional applicants who are well-organized and detail oriented.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Research all aspects of the destination needs.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare and present vacation itineraries.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Make reservations for car rentals, flights, hotels, etc.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Respond to all inquiries promptly.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Document all of our clients need properly to ensure request and needs are met.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow all company procedures and policies.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow up with all clients with any and all additional needs.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must have a phone (laptop also preferred, but not required)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must have good internet connection.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to handle working under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to plan and manage client鈥檚 needs with little to no supervision.
