Saratoga Medical (DBA Saratoga Ascend) is hiring a Mental Health Monitor for a PRN opportunity with Maricopa County Correctional Health Services in Phoenix, AZ. This is a great opportunity for someone with medical support or patient observation experience to work in a correctional mental health setting.

Mental Health Monitor | Maricopa County, AZ

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Experience monitoring multiple screens, observing patients, and reporting findings
Minimum 6 months of clerical or support services experience in a medical setting
Current completed N95 fit testing

Key Responsibilities

Monitor patients on suicide watch, therapeutic restraints, or at risk of self-harm or harm to others
Perform visual or video monitoring and report observations to the licensed nurse
Accurately complete and process required documentation
Report and document changes in patient activity and charts
Follow directions from medical personnel and unit procedures

Schedule: Night Shift | PRN

Jail/Clinic: Lower Buckeye Jail (LBJ) – Mental Health Unit (MHU) | No floating to other jails
