About the Role:

Roberts Construction Company is looking for hardworking and dependable Construction Cleaners to join our team in Phoenix, AZ! This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic construction environment where your attention to detail and work ethic make a real impact on every project we deliver.

Responsibilities:

Perform post-construction cleanup on residential and commercial job sites
Remove debris, dust, and waste materials from interior and exterior areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces including windows, floors, and fixtures
Safely dispose of construction waste and materials in designated areas
Operate cleaning equipment and tools such as brooms, pressure washers, and vacuums
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
Coordinate with construction crew and site supervisors to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

Previous construction cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors
Knowledge of basic cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety procedures
Must be able to work in varying outdoor conditions common to Phoenix, AZ
Valid ID and reliable transportation to job sites required
