As an (Electronic) Assembler Level 4 FAA here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in assembling complex products and components with precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring that all assembly processes meet quality standards and production schedules, contributing directly to the success of our manufacturing operations.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an on-site work schedule.  1st shift 7am-3:30pm

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing output, helping to maintain Honeywell’s reputation for excellence in product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex assembly tasks following detailed instructions and blueprints to build high-quality products.
  • Inspect and test assembled components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve assembly issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
  • Document assembly processes and report any deviations or defects to management.

 

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in complex assembly operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with soldering through hole and surface mount.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly tools, equipment, and safety procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions accurately.
  • Experience with quality control processes and the ability to identify defects or inconsistencies during assembly.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments relevant to assembly tasks.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
