This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and are excited to help shape the future of ambulatory infusion care delivery.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Infusion Nurse Practitioner serves as the clinical lead for one or more ambulatory infusion centers within a defined market. This role combines direct patient care, infusion oversight, operational partnership, and clinical leadership responsibilities in support of AOM’s expanding AIC network.

As the market grows, the NP may also provide remote clinical supervision and support to satellite locations in accordance with state law, CMS and payer compliance, and organizational protocols.

This is a highly collaborative role working closely with market operations leadership, local medical directors, infusion nurses, intake teams, pharmacy operations, and executive leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient patient care delivery.
