Doxim’s next 3rd Shift Production Supervisor - Onsite Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations within a production area or shift, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on‑time completion of outputÂ
• Assign work, schedule resources, and monitor workflow to meet production commitments and service‑level agreementsÂ
• Provide hands‑on support to team members, stepping in to resolve issues related to equipment, processes, and job prioritizationÂ
• Coach and guide production staff, supporting skill development and reinforcing safe work practicesÂ
• Interview and provide input into hiring decisions; participate in onboarding and training of new team membersÂ
• Provide performance feedback and input into the company’s performance management processÂ
• Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies, and work instructionsÂ
• Communicate operational updates, schedule changes, and priorities to the team clearly and consistentlyÂ
• Partner with the Manager to identify process improvements, reduce waste, and optimize throughputÂ
• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and materials critical to print production and deliveryÂ
• Ensure equipment is used properly, report issues promptly, and coordinate with maintenance teams as neededÂ
• Support customer communications objectives by ensuring accuracy and consistency of output (print, mail, digital communications, data-driven statements, etc.)Â
• Track basic KPIs (e.g., productivity, quality, error rates, rework) and escalate concerns to Manager promptlyÂ

Proficient knowledge and experience with:Â
• MS OfficeÂ
• Production systems and workflow tools used in print and/or customer communications environmentsÂ
• Basic HRIS functions (time entry, scheduling)Â
Recommended Years of ExperienceÂ
• 2–3 years in print production, mail operations, customer communications, orÂ
related domainÂ
• Prior informal leadership, shift lead, or team lead experience strongly preferred.
