Position Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and follow up on action items
- Run register process for each RBD facility assigned to you – Coordinate with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP. Process is critical for all subsequent reporting systems
- Run invoicing process for each RBD facility assigned to you– Coordinate with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure that routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next day
- Run reports as requested for each facility to include inventory, variance etc.
- Correct invoice errors from prior day
- Support operations as needed
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
