Position Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and follow up on action items
  • Run register process for each RBD facility assigned to you – Coordinate with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP. Process is critical for all subsequent reporting systems
  • Run invoicing process for each RBD facility assigned to you– Coordinate with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure that routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next day
  • Run reports as requested for each facility to include inventory, variance etc.
  • Correct invoice errors from prior day
  • Support operations as needed
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
