Senior Technical Writer – Aerospace

Join a global technology leader and play a critical role in delivering high-impact aerospace documentation. As a Sr. Technical Writer (Engineering Support Specialist II), you will help ensure complex technical information for turbofan engine programs is accurate, clear, and accessible. Your work will directly support engineering excellence by enabling teams and customers to understand and apply critical technical data with confidence.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional experts while contributing to continuous improvement in documentation quality, processes, and efficiency. 

You will report to the Sr. Engineering Program Manager, and work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. Please note that the new hires are expected to work onsite Monday-Friday for the first 90 days. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and refine technical publication content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and validate technical information
  • Edit and standardize technical documents in alignment with established style and regulatory guidelines
  • Support the delivery of high-quality aerospace documentation for turbofan engine programs
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall efficiency in technical publications
  • Contribute to maintaining best-in-class documentation standards that support engineering and customer needs
