About the Role:

The Busser plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area to ensure a pleasant and efficient dining experience for guests. This position supports the waitstaff by promptly clearing and resetting tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with general upkeep throughout service hours. The Busser contributes to the overall flow of the restaurant by facilitating quick table turnover and helping to create a welcoming environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential to anticipate the needs of both guests and team members. Ultimately, the Busser helps uphold the establishment’s standards of hospitality and cleanliness, directly impacting guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Basic communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and other items up to 25 pounds.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
