What You'll Do

Lead the Team

• Inspire and develop production leaders and employees
• Create a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Coach employees, develop future leaders, and build a winning team
• Lead hiring, employee development, corrective action, and performance management activities 

Run the Operation

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations
• Ensure projects are produced safely, efficiently, and on time
• Improve productivity, reduce waste, and drive operational performance
• Keep production moving while maintaining high quality standards

Drive Business Results

• Manage budgets and production costs
• Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Find creative ways to increase efficiency and profitability
• Help transform strategy into measurable results

Collaborate Across Departments

• Partner with Sales, Project Management, Estimating, Design, Shipping, and Installation teams
• Remove obstacles, improve communication, and keep projects moving forward
• Help ensure customer expectations are exceeded every step of the way

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of manufacturing, production, or plant management experience
• Strong understanding of operations, productivity, costs, and business performance
• Experience leading teams and building a positive culture

Bonus points for:

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
• OSHA certification
• ERP system experience such as Jobscope
