Summary:

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist II, you will support IT infrastructure operations, manufacturing systems, and cybersecurity initiatives to ensure stable and reliable business operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting infrastructure monitoring, operational continuity, system improvement projects, and IT support activities while collaborating with headquarters and cross-functional teams to maintain company standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Support IT infrastructure operations to ensure stable and reliable business and manufacturing system performance
  • Collaborate with headquarters IT infrastructure teams regarding operational support and infrastructure-related activities
  • Monitor IT infrastructure systems and support operational continuity for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other business applications
  • Support infrastructure projects related to network circuits, application servers, client systems, Active Directory (AD), NAC, Data Protection (DP), and cloud solutions
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives related to server, network, and client security in coordination with headquarters
  • Participate in company-wide IT infrastructure meetings and support implementation of corporate IT policies and standards
  • Assist with management of IT investments, IT operational expenses, IT assets, software licensing, and inventory controls
  • Support IT Helpdesk activities and provide technical support for end users and operational teams
  • Support headquarters common systems including portal systems, groupware, and domain management
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and business teams to support operational system requirements
  • Assist with troubleshooting infrastructure and system-related issues and support timely issue resolution
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to IT operations, infrastructure stability, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain system documentation, asset tracking, and operational records
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Maintain cleanliness at the worksite in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

      Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
  • MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent relevant experience


Experience:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Information Technology, Manufacturing Systems, or related field
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or production systems preferred
  • Experience supporting data analysis projects and production system projects preferred
  • Experience with network engineering, server administration, or client management preferred

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, and client systems
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity and infrastructure security best practices
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and IT support tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support production operations, headquarters, and global sites
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Bilingual Korean/English preferred
