About the RoleÂ
Â
This role reports to the Warehouse and Equipment Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments from vendors, distribution centers, and client locationsÂ
- Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders to customers and internal sites, ensuring accuracy and timelinessÂ
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system, including serialization and auditsÂ
- Organize warehouse stock by designated locations and maintain clear labeling standardsÂ
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile physical inventory with system recordsÂ
- Assemble and prepare customer kits or equipment packages according to documented requirementsÂ
- Support imaging, factory resets, secure erasing, and basic configuration of devices when requiredÂ
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization in accordance with company standardsÂ
- Assist with product setup, documentation, and identification (e.g., product images and descriptions)Â
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operational, logistics, and technical requirementsÂ
- Follow all health, safety, and security procedures while handling equipment and materialsÂ

 Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is an assetÂ
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role preferredÂ
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsÂ
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse equipment safelyÂ
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with inventory management systemsÂ
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksÂ
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetÂ
- Experience with asset tracking, device serialization, or IT-related equipment handlingÂ
- Familiarity with shipping carriers, packing standards, and inventory auditsÂ
- Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-site warehouse environmentÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Â
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.Â
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.Â

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Full-time, permanent, In-office
$40,000 USD per year, plus annual bonus
