- Logistics & Loading: Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transfer materials between storage tanks, trucks, and railcars.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished goods packaging (boxes, pallets, liners) for quality standards before shipping.
- Inventory Management: Organize and stage raw materials, finished products, and shipping supplies in designated warehouse zones.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean transfer and blending equipment between product changes and report maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Lifting: Ability to regularly lift and move up to 55 lbs.
- Stamina: Standing, walking, climbing, and bending continuously in an industrial warehouse setting.
- Conditions: Ability to work at heights and in varied outdoor weather conditions (hot/cold) while wearing required PPE.
- Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED or 1–3 months of related warehouse/manufacturing training.
- Skills: Certified or experienced in forklift operation; basic math and measurement skills.
- Communication: Ability to read simple instructions, write basic correspondence, and work effectively in small teams.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, personal motivation, and a safety-first mindset.

12 hour shifts. Shifts start at either 8 a.m. or 8 p.m. Schedule is 3 days on/ 3 days off with monthly rotations from day shift to night shift.
