About The Opportunity
Responsible for inspection and audits of products to ensure alignment with quality standards. Complying with Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure customer satisfaction.1.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Inspect products (in process and finished goods) and document findings as required.
2.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support plant personnel on daily quality concerns/risks and effectively communicate concerns to all applicable personnel and leadership.
3.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, following Menasha Values of Safety, Quality and Productivity (always and in that order).
4.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software.
5.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Willing to work alternate shifts as needed and be familiar with all job tasks in the department.
6.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 6S and STW activities.
7.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain a safe & clean work space.
8. Other duties as assigned.
