Jellystone Park Pigeon Forge is growing our team and hiring in Maintenance, Front Desk, and Housekeeping. These roles are a great fit for couples, work campers and individuals looking for steady work in the heart of the Smokies. Apply for one position, or apply together as a pair.
- Maintenance / Grounds Technician: full-time, 40 hrs/week. General repairs, basic plumbing and electrical work, mowing, landscaping and site upkeep. Work campers welcome.
- Front Desk Associate: part-time, 24–32 hrs/week. Checking guests in and out, taking reservations, handling payments and helping guests plan their stay.
- Housekeeping / Laundry Attendant (2 openings): part-time, 32 hrs and 24 hrs/week. Cleaning and turning over cabins, bathhouses and common areas, plus laundry and restocking.
Team members can be cross-trained for a full time schedule if desired.

- Reliable and on time, with a positive, guest-first attitude

- Able to stand, walk, bend and lift for most of a shift: up to 40 lbs for housekeeping and 50+ lbs for maintenance
- Front Desk: customer service or retail experience preferred; comfortable with computers and a POS system
- Housekeeping: strong attention to detail; experience preferred but we will train. Must have valid driver's license
- Maintenance: general maintenance or trade experience; able to safely use mowers, power tools and golf carts. Must have valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
